May I point out that I couldn't actually see the .exe for NMS following this I dont use Vortex or mod the game, so do not know for sure if it does fully in the Mods folder, and then get Vortex to install them instead (assuming of 7 Oct 2018 I started checking out and using mods recently ~3 weeks.
